Dowbridge Distributors are based in Atherstone, Warwickshire, and offer a wide range of wines, spirits, beers, ales and ciders along with speciality beers/ales brewed by their own exclusive brewery called The Merry Miner Brewery for their customers.
Dowbridge Distributors Ltd. was bought over in April 2012 by the current owners made up of husband and wife team namely Mr. Alan Wood and Mrs. Anita Wood Wood who both previously worked in the business for a number of years.
With their specialist in depth knowledge of the trade, Alan and Anita bring their own friendly and engaging personality to the business which is completely geared to provide the ultimate customer care experience.

Marquee for Hire in Staffordshire and Warwickshire.
Dowbridge Distributors Ltd. and the Merry Miner Brewery Ltd. are pleased to announce that we have teamed up with a 3rd party supplier called Marquee Solutions, covering Staffordshire and Warwickshire, who can provide you with all of your marquee requirements i.e. marquee, tables and chairs for your big event.
The good news is that you no longer have to worry about sourcing a bar and a marquee from separate suppliers and hope that everything goes according to plan on the day of the event.
Having worked very successfully with Marquee Solutions on a number of occasions we have developed a great working relationship with their staff so that both parties work as one meaning that you don't have to worry as we have it covered - literally!!

We are pleased to offer through it's distribution partner Dowbridge Distributors Ltd. a bar hire service for your special occasion or party.
To complement our speciality personalised beer brewery service whereby we make a customised beer especially for you we also offer a bar hire service to those customers that reside within a 20 mile radius of our brewery.
For a nominal setup fee of £100 we will install the bar at your venue with the beer(s) of your choice when you buy from us.
How it works:-
1. You place your order for beer with us.
2. You request our bar rental service providing location details.
3. We check schedule availability for you and if suitable we need the following from you to confirm the booking:
I. A £50 deposit.
II. An order for your beer.
And that's it - you leave the rest to us - we simply take care of your bar rental leaving you to focus on looking after your guests.
Prior to your event we will arrive at the agreed location and install the bar with your ordered beers and check to ensure that everything is working to your satisfaction. Once the event is over we will return to break down and remove the bar.
This means you don't have to stress or worry about your party as we take care of the bar on your behalf - all you have to do is pull the pints.
Whilst the bar hire service is available to customers within a 20 mile radius we will consider travelling further but this will depend on the size of the order and will attract a premium to cover the additional cost which we will confirm at the point of enquiry.
Dowbridge Distributors Ltd. was formed in 2003 by Mr. Gordon White who had previously worked in the drinks trade for a large number of years as a Sales Rep. for one of the large distribution companies.
Starting from scratch Gordon built up the company to it's present level before retiring from the business in March 2012 whenever the company was bought out by 2 of it's employees Mr. Alan and Anita Wood who had both worked for Dowbridge Distributors for approx. 7 years each.
During their 7 years Alan worked as the Stores and Logistics Manager and through this role got to know the customer and suppliers on a personal level whilst Anita worked as the Administration and Sales Manager within Dowbridge and together has gained vast knowledge of the trade and of servicing its requirements.
Alan and Anita took ownership of the company on April 2nd 2012 and are keen to expand the business by building upon their experience by delivering a superb customer care experience whilst providing great value for money ensuring the name of Dowbridge Distributors will become known as a brand that delivers value to it's customers.
